Once upon a time fad diets where a very big no no, but recent research sugests that they can be very helpful in assisting the dieter in a quick weight loss, which can often inspire the dieter to coninute on a more balanced weight loss programme once they have gotten started, and there are times when as we all know a little inspiration can go a long way.
What I suggest is that you consult you doctor before starting any deit, and if all is ok, then take a look at what is on offer here, read through all the diets, even the fad one's and choose one with food that you know you are going to enjoy, it is pointless starting any programme with foods that you just can't stomach it is a waist of time and energy,
Some of the fad diets do state that, you can only stay on them for a period of time, so I suggest that you read carefully, then once you have finihsed and got started on your weight loss , find a diet, that is going to be safe for a long period of time, once again I say look at the foods on your diet of choice and remember you must chose one that you are going to enjoy, also consider the convenience of the diet and also perhaps finance may pay a role in your choice, some diets do cost a lot more than others,
I have chosen the City Girl diet, as I prefer heaps of fruit and veg, and love soup, and in NZ where I live this is a very affordable choice for me, and I also find it quick and easy to follow,
But this is my choice, some of you may be great meat lovers, and prefer the low carb diet, or you may like the low fat, but what ever you chose I pray that you have quick easy safe weight loss, and I wish you all the best do let me know how you are going on your diet, and which one you chose. let me know of any of the high and low points of the diet, this is very helpful to others who may of chosen the same diet as you.
